Oh and today was absolutely amazing.

Met up with Cary to talk about getting more involved at Mcgregor. Sunday morning, I have to walk up in front of everyone and make a statement of how I want to join the church. A bit scared.. But I’m sure Jesus will be standing next to me, so how bad can it be? :]

Tomorrow I have another meeting with Pastor Flint.

All in all a very long, but extremely rewarding day. Metro was fabulous tonight. If I do say so myself. I am so in love with worship time. Mmm, i’ts my favorite part.

Oh Jeanna and Rhyan…..I am super bummed I couldn’t make it to girls lunch today. We need to raincheck it! :] I <3 you both.

So I saw a commercial for a show called Human Prey on Animal Planet. It comes on tomorrow at 9pm, which sucks because I&#8217;ll be in church. Thank the Lord for TiVo. I must say I&#8217;m pretty stoked about it. I am so unbelievably afraid of sharks (or any other animal that could tear me to pieces&#8230;.) yet I love watching things like this. Crazy. :]

I was sitting in my car today listening to Way FM and I heard them talking about World Vision. You can pick a child to sponsor in any country of your choice. It really touched my heart and I felt like it was something I needed to look into. The kids&#8230;..are all so beautiful. I wish I could take every single one of them home with me. I picked a little boy out. His name is Ibanathi. He&#8217;s eight years old and lives in South Africa.  I came across his photo and story and froze. It was like love at first sight. :] Hopefully one day, I will be able to meet him. There&#8217;s just way too many children and families affected by AIDS, poverty and the like in need of help, and they never get it. I&#8217;m so thankful that there&#8217;s a way for people on the other side of the world to be able to get involved. I know without a doubt that God wants me to go and help them. I just have to finish school, which seems like it&#8217;s taking forever and a day. =/ I feel like my heart is already in Africa, the rest of me is just stuck here. God has a time and place for everything. Sometimes, I just wish the time was now. Go to www.worldvision.org &#8230;I promise, you won&#8217;t regret it.
